Με τροπολογία του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού που ψηφίστηκε σήμερα, ανατίθεται στην ΕΥΕΔ, η είσπραξη και των δικαιωμάτων που είχαν γεννηθεί ως αξιώσεις σε χρόνο προγενέστερο της ανάθεσης της διαχείρισης των δικαιωμάτων στην Ειδική Υπηρεσία.

Σε συμφωνία κατέληξαν η Ειδική Υπηρεσία Έκτακτης Διαχείρισης Δικαιωμάτων – ΕΥΕΔ και η Ένωση Εστιατόρων, Ψητοπωλών και Καφέ-Μπαρ Νομού Θεσσαλονίκης, για τη χορήγηση άδειας δημόσιας εκτέλεσης μουσικών έργων στα μέλη της.

Σε συνέχεια της ανακοίνωσης, που εξέδωσαν τα Σωματεία ΜΕΤΡΟΝ και ΣΩΜΣΕ για την αποχώρησή τους από την ΑΥΤΟΔΙΑΧΕΙΡΙΣΗ, το πρώτο κύμα Ελλήνων δημιουργών και δικαιούχων δικαιωμάτων προχώρησε ήδη στην ανάθεση διαχείρισης του ρεπερτορίου τους στην ΕΥΕΔ.

Με μεγάλη επιτυχία και εντυπωσιακή προσέλευση πραγματοποιήθηκε στη Θεσσαλονίκη, την Παρασκευή 1 Μαρτίου 2019, στη μουσική σκηνή ΒΕΝΤΕΤΑ LIVE, η πρώτη μεγάλη συνάντηση μελών της ΕΥΕΔ, που κατοικούν στη Βόρεια Ελλάδα.

Η ΕΥΕΔ απαντά με αυστηρό τόνο στο δελτίο τύπου της ΓΣΕΒΕΕ, με το οποίο προτρέπει τα μέλη της να μην λάβουν σχετική αδειοδότηση από τους Οργανισμούς Συλλογικής Διαχείρισης αλλά να καταθέσουν στο Ταμείο Παρακαταθηκών και Δανείων ποσά για τη χρήση μουσικής
